background and objectives

The objective of this project is to create a national and European training network for excellence in food innovation.

The project displays a dual aim:

  • contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of agribusiness (especially SMEs) innovation for future years,
  • be come a pedagogical model demonstrator with international visibility by recognizing excellence international food education, thus contributing to the structuring of the first European industry

 

approach

4 areas of development will be implemented:

  1. Establishment of a national network of training excellence in food innovation which integrates the components of eco-innovation and development through the sharing of expertise, enhanced interdisciplinary and teacher training researchers in project management including engineering quality
  2. Construction of an international chair on food eco-innovation, an essential component of sustainable development in the food sector based on a collaboration with French level partner institutions to promote the employability of prospective students through the creation of new activities
  3. Development of an innovative management system and conduct network focusing dynamic "collaborative project" structured around a consortium of higher education in the food sector across the French territory of institutions
  4. Establishment of a European network to enhance national exchanges by sharing teaching methodologies other countries with different training and education, but also food crops and reporting the different diet

  • Implementation doctoral sector, creation of interdisciplinary doctoral seminars to open the vision of the students too their fields and issues, and thus giving them the opportunity to propose and managerial implications practices of their research
