Thor JENSEN, a Canadian, has a Master 2 in the ‘Management of Eco-innovation’ from the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Elsewhere, his academic path includes an honours degree in Finance and Law in Society from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. In France Thor has taken part in projects centering on the finance of Eco-SMEs with ADEME ( French Environment and Energy Management Agency) and in Brussels on the subject of Smart Cities with ALSTOM. His thesis at REEDS is dedicated to the development of new finan-cial models for putting in place eco-innovations in medium-sized towns. This subject involves academic partner-ships such as the UVSQ in France and the University of British Colombia in Canada and acknowledges support from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
