Julie BULTEAU is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since september 2012. After defending a thesis (PhD) about sustainable mobility in urban areas at the Institute of Economics and Management at the University of Nantes, she did a post-doctorate (2009-2010) within the ANR program “Sustainable City Eval PDU” (environmental Impact Assessment of a PDU and its socio-economic consequences). She was subsequently a research fellow for studies in socio-economic territories (2010-2011) within the Department of Transport Studies, roads and planning (Setra, MEDDTL, French Ministry of ecology). She worked then as a university lecturer/researcher (2011-2012) to CUFR JF Champollion (Albi and Rodez, France). Her research activities focus on economic policy for sustainable mobility, tools promoting sustainable transport (congestion, urban toll, emissions trading), and the evaluation of policies and transport projects. She is currently co-director of the Master 2 Professional EMMU (Energy and Mobility in Urban Areas), which deals with the topics of eco-mobility and low-carbon energy at the UVSQ.
